Shanghai Hanxin Wire & Cable Co., Ltd. was established in October 1992 and is a joint venture between Shanghai Plastic Wire Factory, Shanghai New Caoyang (Group) Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Longcai Trading Company. Registered in Putuo District, the registered capital was 350,000 U.S. dollars at the time and there were only about 40 employees. After the establishment of the company, the first year's output value was only 6 million yuan, and the fixed assets were 2.15 million yuan. It mainly produces coaxial data cables.
In 1994, it signed a cooperation agreement with Shanghai Bell.
In 2001, the production base in Hanxin relocated to 9280 Hutai Road, Baoshan District, Shanghai, and the registered capital was added to US$4.85 million.
In 2005, Shanghai Plastic Wire Factory retired from the joint venture due to the restructuring of the state-owned enterprise. Therefore, the joint venture approved by the Foreign Economic Cooperation Committee became Hanxin Caoyang (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai New Long March (Group) Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Longcai Trading Co., Ltd. .
